A large vintage ethnic ring from Tibet. The sterling grade silver saddle ring is bezel set with a lapis lazuli cabochon surrounded by silver rope decoration. Embossed on each shoulder is the monster face of “Kirtimukha” “Kirtimukha” or “Zibag”or “Tsipatar” the protector, a well known icon of the Tibetan and Nepalese people it is often see over doorways. The ring measures 29 x 25 x 13 mm and weighs 21.7 gm, it fits finger size X or 12.
