A Turkoman tribal pendant from Afghanistan

A drop shaped sterling grade silver and white metal Turkoman or Turkmen tribal pendant. The centre is bezel set with an engraved drop shaped carnelian which is then surrounded by ornate wire work, brass flowers, and red and light blue glass beads.
